Week #1: Incorporate at least one sun salutation into your day, every day (ideally in your morning routine)
Week #2: Practice 5 sun salutations every morning or before you get in the shower each day
Week #3: Practice 1 Sun A and 1 Sun B Every day
Week #4: Practice 5 Sun B's each morning

Week #5: Practice Ashtanga one morning, do one to five sun A's or B's the rest of the week
Week #6: Practice Ashtanga Monday morning, Yin Flow Tuesday morning, and 5 Sun Salutation A's & 5 Sun B's the rest of the week.
Week #7: Continue building your weekly practice keeping the Ashtanga and Yin Flow, and begin to add other mini-classes from the "Yoga Flows" Portal to the other days of the week!
